Fig Vincotto Vinegar is a versatile condiment and can used over roasted meats, carpaccio, grilled fish, soups and salads. Vincotto Originale has been produced since 1825 by Gianni Calogiuri’s family from locally grown Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes in Puglia, a region of Southern Italy. Try it, you will like it.
