No mistakes with the "salsa tartufata": the sauce is ready and perfect, its black color will stand out on every dish, you simply have to add it to pasta, grilled meat, to the classical roast-beef, to grilled and boiled fish to have an unbeatable result.
Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 54%, water, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt) 8%, salt, truffle flavor, cornstarch, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), alimentary fiber (inuline), pepper, citric acid (acidity regulator), garlic.

I used it in my wild mushroom soup with excellent results!
I used the truffle sauce in my simple dried/fresh mushroom filling for home made ravioli. I added about 3/4 jar to the filling and the rest went in the tomato sauce. Delicious!
Really excellent and so easy to use...right out of he jar and into the pot.
