Used to make pizza dough and was well worth ii.
Bought it to make Neapolitan pizza. Dough was delicate and a delight to work with and it balled and stretched beautifully. Unfortunately not having a wood fired oven that had a deck temp of 900 degrees and a dome temp of 1500 degrees, ruined my attempt and it didn't work out. Saving the rest until I can make pizza in a proper wood fired oven
