First time using this flour - SO different in texture than “regular” pizza flour. Cooked the Margherita pizzas on a baking steel for perfect results. Best home pizza we’ve ever made! Delivery was much slower than expected, but probably due to the current situation the nation is following. All in all, a great purchase!
