When I was in Italy, I tasted my first example of the light, thin crust on the pizza made there. Since then, I have sought (unsuccessfully) to make a similar crust here at home in the United States. Caputo "00" flour has helped me reach my goal. I highly recommend this product. Oh, and it also makes magnificent Italian bread! Manga!

A mistake in purchase due to error on website, but well packaged products shipped quickly. Caputo 00 flour is the best for homemade pizzas. (That and a baking steel will change your pizzas exponentially!)
