We have homemade pizza at least every other week. I have used other brand-name flours to prepare the dough. When I discovered Caputo's, I put all the other flours aside! Caputo's gives me soft chewy crusts with the perfect pizza flavor. I buy it in bulk so I never run out.
The pizza was fantastic
When I was in Italy, I tasted my first example of the light, thin crust on the pizza made there. Since then, I have sought (unsuccessfully) to make a similar crust here at home in the United States. Caputo "00" flour has helped me reach my goal. I highly recommend this product. Oh, and it also makes magnificent Italian bread! Manga!
