This product is ideal to make tasty pizzas with Porcini mushroom topping; it ensures excellent results with pasta and rice dishes and makes an excellent side dish.


Rice: sauté the mushrooms in a pan with a little oil. Add the rice and toast it well; then start adding stock and stir. Halfway through cooking, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. When the rice is cooked, stir in some 4 Cheese cream.
roll out dough and spread with Polpachef, top with diced mozzarella and Mushrooms and other ingredients of your choice.
For thick pizza baked in trays and cut into slices, flatten out the dough in a tray, top with Polpachef and, halfway through baking, add diced mozzarella, mushrooms and other ingredients of your choice.


Before opening: store in a dry, cool place
After opening keep product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions and use within 2-4 days.
