This is an awesome Risotto Rice with Black Truffle, made in Italy and perfect to share a piece of Italy with your family and friends.
Remember that the rice’s carbohydrates are easily absorbable because, being organized in granules much littler that the other cereals’ ones, your stomach digests them at once and converts them into energy immediately available for your body.

Ingredients: rice, parsley, flavor, summer black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.). May contain traces of wheat, soy, milk, peanuts, crustaceans.
Cooking time: 25/30 minutes.
