FOR BRUSCHETTA
Toast the bread, spread a thin layer of Prontofresco Four Cheese Cream and then a layer of Mantua Pumpkin Puree. Top with scamorza cheese and cook in the oven for a few minutes. Before serving, add smoked beef and some rocket salad. 
FOR PASTA
Dilute the Mantua Pumpkin Puree with a little cooking water and stir into the pasta.
FOR RICE:
Toast the rice and start adding a little stock, then stir in the Mantua Pumpkin Puree and continue cooking.
FOR VELOUTÉ:
Stir the Mantua Pumpkin Puree into liquid béchamel.
FOR FILLING:
Mix the Mantua Pumpkin Puree with your standard ricotta filling.
FOR MEAT DISHES:

Mix the Mantua Pumpkin Puree with minced meat and use to stuff roasts and rolls. 

Before opening: store in a dry, cool place. 
After opening: keep the product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions, closed with a lid and use within 5-6 days.
