The Boschetto Al Tartufo Cheese is a semi-firm to firm textured cheese, produced in Italy. Made entirely out of sheep's milk, loaded with small truffle shavings. The cheese is medium flavoured with robust finishes of earthy truffle. Delicious and unique cheese for a charcuterie board and also great for melting in fancy grilled cheese, mac and cheese, gourmet omelets, etc.
Sold as a whole wheel: approximately 500 grams.
