Ingredients: Cream, Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. (protected designation of origin) cheese (milk, salt, rennet) 14%, olive oil, full-cream milk, Italian Bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 3%, rice flour, butter, salt, flavorings.
Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.

I made fettuccine and tossed it with the truffle cream, a little extra reggiano, and a piece of butter. Tasted amazing with a great truffle flavor. Very good quality truffled fettuccine alfredo!

I was looking for a specific item that was no longer in a shop I’d get it from, so I took my search online and took a chance with this site, and I’m so happy I did.
Product came and I kept it in the fridge, until I opened it. This 'spread' is absolutely delicious on crackers, pasta (warm temp pasta and toss it in) or bread (the ways we tried it). We all thought it had a fresh taste and unique flavors that are not offensive, but superb in flavor! I would recommend and will purchase again! Please note once opened to keep in the fridge. :)
