We love this brand of orzo, it is mainly used as a substitute for rice in many of the dishes I fix. The size and texture are similar but the orzo tastes better. Have a son who is deathly allergic to rice. This works great!!!
My favorite Orzo! I serve it as a side dish with salmon and also steak. So nice that I have it on hand because it was so easy to order.
This item is being used in place of rice because my son is allergic to it. It works great as a rice substitute for use with gravy. It is also very tasty and can be used in many Italian dishes. Highly reccomend.
