The soft wheat wholemeal is by far the most complete flour since it contains all the parts of the grain, from the bran to the germ, and is particularly rich in vegetable fibers, vitamins, minerals, proteins and fats. It is excellent for the preparation of pizza, bread, cakes, puff pastry, focaccia and other baked goods.
Usage: ideal for traditional bread, pizza and cakes.

I bought this for my sister. She is gluten sensitive but does not react to flour from Italy. Whole grain promotes a vigorous sourdough starter, so she will add this to her starter to see what happens.
