Dedicated to Carlo Barbera, fifth generation of the family, this oil together with Lorenzo line is the flagship of our production. This oil comes from Castelvetrano, Partanna e Campobello di Mazara area, where Nocellara of Belice olive trees are cultivated with organic farming. Harvested by hand between the last two weeks of October and the first two of November, this oil is pressed in “Premiati Oleifici Barbera” experimental mill using pitting machine. It is from the olives pulp that we obtain a Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, a precious, unique and unforgettable IGP (protected geographical indication).

Harvested by hand.
Initial stone-removal process (within 12 hours from harvesting) followed by continuous extraction of the olive pulp at controlled atmosphere, natural settling and pouring

Gently spicy with hints of flowers.
Light green olive with a strong creaminess.
Creamy oil, green color with golden yellow shines.
