I live in North Dakota, a global leader in hard red spring wheat production. However, production methods may now include spraying a wheat crop with a herbicide containing glyphosate, which can increase the risk of certain cancers in humans. Organic wheat is harvested without any glyphosate applications. So, my family eats only organic wheat products and only organic products generally.
