Grapes: 100% Nero d’Avola.
Vinification and refinement: The vineyards are located in the West coast of Sicily at 350 mt asl. Hand-picked grapes are fermented in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks with no addition of selected yeast. The wine is fermented at low temperature for 10 days in order to preserve most of the aromatic flavors of the variety.
Color: Brilliant ruby red.
Bouquet: Intense bouquet of black cherries and berries.
Taste: Velvety and rich with soft tannins.
Food pairings: Perfect companion of Mediterranean cuisine, grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
Serve at room temperature.
