Preservatives: sorbic acid and citric acid.

This cake is NOT overly sweet, but very satisfying. The texture is more like a pound cake (but not overly heavy). The flavors blend very well and we enjoyed it without adornment. I recommend it for folks who appreciate things like Pannetone. Try it !
