I have made pizza dough, pasta, and breads with this flour. It is wonderful! I have compared it directly against other flours and it is much better for these purposes!
I am gluten intolerant — to United States gluten (verified by having taken a trip to northern Europe last year and eating my way through tons of bread, pasta, cake, cookies and lots of other yummies!). I’ve tried buying lots of other European flours on-line, and these flours have given me the most consistent and *tasty* baked goods of all. I’ve been baking LOTS in the last few months, and everything has been just perfect, in addition to gravies and other flour-based sauces. I’m so happy to have found a flour that is simply a flour!
