The Acacia honey of Brezzo beekeeping is produced mainly in the uncontaminated woods of Roero and Monferrato where the plant grows luxuriantly and in the month of May it is covered with fragrant white flowers from which a precious nectar flows that the bees collect with great greed and transform into excellent honey.
Produced in Piedmont, Lombardy, Tuscany and Veneto. Finest product with the delicate scent of the flower, light in color and very clear. It crystallizes very slowly.
Pairing: This honey is perfect as a sweetener for drinks, or goes well with yogurt, mascarpone, blue cheeses, meat and fish in sauce.
Tasting: Fragrant and delicate
Color: Straw yellow
Brezzo honeys come from wild flowers and trees growing in unpolluted areas. Honey is then extracted by means of centrifugation. The following filtering, decanting and jar filling operations are important steps of the production cycle which is carried out naturally without resorting to thermal treatment.
