Vegetalbrodo is the vegetable granular stock by Bauer. Only carrots, celery, tomatoes, parsley and onion, with iodized salt and no added monosodium glutamate. Bauer’s special processing method maintains the flavour of vegetables, combined with precious plant extracts. The result is a rich and flavourful instant vegetable broth that is gluten free.
Usage: Excellent to prepare delicately flavoured instant broth, or added to other dishes. For broths: dissolve 4g of Vegetalbrodo (1 teaspoon) in 250ml of boiling water and mix: the product is instantaneous. Other uses: add to foods (soups, stews, sauces, ragouts, meat, fish, rice, eggs, etc.) Vegetalbrodo in the desired amount, without further salt. Your dishes will acquire a new flavour, more appetising and tasty.
