I got this pasta in a restaurant in LasVegas. Being gluten free, it tastes great. It’s probably the best I’ve found so far. Unfortunately, none of our local stores carry this gluten free line. Got great service from the Italian Food Online Store and stocked up on it!
It was an excellent choice. I have already had the cassarecci pasta which I love so I decided to try the linguine and had low expectations. I was so thrilled to find a linguine that when cooked right tastes like regular flour pasta even the texture is right when reheating!! I ordered the case of the cassarecci as I knew what I was getting. Now I will be ordering a case of the linguine!!
