Excellent on pizza and bruschetta, with the traditional orecchiette pasta, in omelettes and fillings. 

 

FOR PIZZA
Roll out the dough, top with mozzarella and green turnip tops, anchovy fillets and spicy salami slices. Half way through baking add some buffalo mozzarella. 
FOR BRUSCHETTA

toast bread and top with Polpachef, diced mozzarella, green turnip tops and crumbled sausage. Grill in the oven.

Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
After opening: keep the product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions, closed with a lid, and use within 2-3 days.
