Harvested by hand.
Milled within 24 hours from the harvest; continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge; the oil is allowed to settle and then decant naturally.

Bright green in color with gold yellow reflections.

I first tasted this Barbera olive oil at our favorite Italian restaurant. It’s very fragrant and smooth I asked our server about the brand. She took a photo of the label and showed it to me. It’s an organic olive oil produced in Sicily. Within a few minutes, I had found it online and ordered it. It is a phenomenal finishing, table olive oil. Great for dipping bread!
