LORENZO N° 1: organic - P.D.O. “Valli Trapanesi”. A slightly dense oil, brilliant green in colour with golden yellow reflections. Intense fruity flavour. Well-rounded taste with green tomato and bitter almond finish.
Use: To perfect great dishes, to enhance the flavour of all dishes of the Sicilian cuisine.
LORENZO N ° 3: organic - P.D.O. “Val di Mazara”. A slightly dense oil, golden yellow in colour . Mild fruity flavour, well-rounded taste with light peppery finish.
Use: To use on all seafood dishes, on salads and fresh cheese.
LORENZO N ° 5: produced from pitted olives. A highly dense oil, gold in colour. Soft flavour of olives with noted creaminess.
Use: To perfect great dishes. To use in place of cream to amplify flavours.

PERIOD OF HARVEST
Second or last week of October/first week of November.
Harvested by hand.
Continuous cold extraction (within 12 hours from the harvest) and separation by centrifuge; the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally.

We previously purchased two of the LORENZO N ° 3: organic - P.D.O. “Val di Mazara” 100% Biancolilla and found that it was the best olive oil we ever tried. So this time we ordered the Gift Box that had another LORENZO N ° 3 and also included a LORENZO N° 1: organic - P.D.O. “Valli Trapanesi”. 100% Cerasuola and a LORENZO N ° 5: from pitted olives. 100% Nocellara del Belice.
