Bauli, an Italian baking company, has been a provider of quality baked goods since 1922. It all started in the small romantic city of Verona, in northern Italy. Here Ruggera Bauli pursued his passion for pastries and founded a bakery. It was in 1950 that Ruggera Bauli started the industrial production of his highly successful and beloved cakes.
