Pandoro, a Christmas treat which is a tradition of Verona (in the Northern Italy) is made by Ca Foresto with highly selected ingredients: eggs, sugar, butter, milk and sourdough are mixed in a fragrant mixture, to be enriched with icing and sugar. Delicate and melting in the mouth, strictly hand wrapped!
Ingredients: wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter, milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, flavourings, salt. Ingredients of powder sugar bag: sugar, wheat starch, flavourings. Contain wheat, eggs, milk. May contain almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, chestnuts and soy.

Looking forward to opening it for dessert on Thanksgiving....but not sure if this can be stored in the freezer until then......or just kept in its original wrapper......this may turn out to be a family tradition.....
