A cream made from champignons mushrooms, finely minced and flavoured with black truffle. High quality, high yield. Ready to use. This product is ideal: for the preparation of pasta and rice dishes with rich truffle flavour; excellent on bruschetta, in savoury pastries, crostini, panini and sandwiches.

FOR MEAT DISHES
Stir the Cream into plain minced meat and use to stuff roasts and rolled meat. 
FOR SOUPS, PASTA AND RICE
Pasta: mix the cream with a little cooking water before pouring it on your pasta;
Rice: stir cream in after you have gently sautéed the rice in oil or butter and added some stock. 
Velouté: blend cream into thin béchamel sauce
Filled pasta: stir the Cream into your standard ricotta filling
ON BRUSCHETTA

Toast a slice of bread and spread the Cream on top of a thin layer of “Prontofresco Cheese Cream”.

Before opening: store in a cool, dry place.
After opening: keep product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions and use within 2-4 days.
