Ageing: In French oak barrels, from the 1900s with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries old casks.

A wow.... just found out I'm 38% Italian so we decided to go all out and celebrate with real Italian food and condiments.......... this is the best Balsamic Vinegar I've ever tasted !....... put it on my salad ( wonderful )... put it on my Garlic bread ( fantastic ).... spilled some on the table cloth and it never looked better after we wiped it up ( the table cloth ).... just wish the bottle was a bit bigger.
The bottle label with the stopper is the perfect Packaging for a gift item.
