Anchovies are a typical ingredient of Mediterranean cooking, and this colatura di alici – which translates to "anchovy juice" – is an Italian delicacy that packs a fishy, flavorful punch. With origins in ancient Roman cuisine, the anchovies are left to ferment, release liquid, and age. A versatile pantry item, use this fish sauce to add depth to salad dressings, grilled vegetables, and meats, or enjoy it simply over spaghetti.
Ingredients: anchovies (engraulis encrasicolus), salt, brine.

- olive oil
Did not know how to use it but I like anchovies so I asked this store for advice. I mixed a tablespoon of it with extra ****** olive oil and then dipped French bread in it. It tastes great! Will try using on pasta with some fish next time.
