Italian Tiramisu with Pavesini Cookies

Hello Everyone, today we want to propose you a really easy recipe to make an homemade Tiramisu with Pavesini Cookies.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 6 PEOPLE):

150 gr of Pavesini; 400 gr of Mascarpone cheese; 4 eggs; 60 gr of sugar; 1 cup of coffee; A pinch of salt; 25 gr of cocoa powder.

PREPARATION: Put the yolks and the egg whites in two different containers. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and mix well. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff adding a pinch of salt. Mixing gently, add the whipped cream to the mascarpone cream. Spread a layer of Pavesini soaked in coffee, a layer of cream in the baking dish and repeat the same procedure ending with a coating of cream. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours. At the time of consumption, add the cocoa powder.
