Ingredients for Bread of the Angels Cake
- 5 oz. of butter or margarine
- 5 oz. of baking sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 5 oz. of Italian flour
- 1 envelop of yeast for cake by Paneangeli
- 1 pinch of salt
- 7 oz of potato starch by Paneangeli
- Preheat your oven to 350-390 F.
- Cream together in a medium bowl, the butter and the sugar; adding each one gradually. Then add the whole eggs, and a pinch of salt.
- With a spoon, add the flour and the potato starch to the dough.
- Now add one envelope of the yeast for cake by Paneangeli.
- Pour in a 9-inch round cake pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Once your cake is cold, you can garnish the top with powdered sugar.
