    3. After removing it from the heat, stir in the mascarpone cheese along with the Italian herbs to add the flavour.

    5. Arrange them in an ascending or descending fashion (acc to size) in a baking pan in sections where one overlaps the other. Pour in the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Bake it in a preheated oven (400 degrees F) by covering an aluminium foil for over 20 minutes.

    Make sure that the veggies are fork tender. If not put it in without the aluminium foil for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle Pecorino cheese over it and serve with slices of crusty Italian bread.
